Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our expanding team. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clinical guidance and strategy for managing diet and nutrition. Your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 and group coaching and advice, directing patient queries and feedback to the relevant internal channel, working in a cross-functional team to triage, respond, and escalate communications from patients, and surfacing patient insights to the wider business.

  • Coaching and Advising: Provide personalized coaching and advice to patients on their diet and nutrition plans.
  • Communication: Direct patient queries and feedback to the relevant internal channels, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaboration: Work with our clinical, operations, and growth teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Patient Insights: Identify and surface key insights from patient interactions to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Dietitian Qualifications: Registered Dietitian (HCPSA) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in dietitian-led coaching services.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong understanding of nutritional science and ability to apply evidence-based practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
  • Technology: Proficient in using technology to manage client relationships and deliver services.
