The Embedded Employee Engagement Specialist will serve as a key liaison between Pinkerton Dedicated Professionals (PDPs) in the APAC region, fostering an engaged, connected, and successful community of security and risk management professionals. Key areas of focus include providing support, identifying development opportunities, and promoting connectivity to the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Represent the organization's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Engage proactively with PDPs based in the APAC region, adhering to an agreed-upon schedule and covering set topics in each communication.
- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence team, Account Managers, and other internal stakeholders to accurately assess gaps and/or needs identified through outreach to PDPs.
- Partner with the Center of Excellence team, Specialized Divisions, and Shared Services to design and implement remedial action and proactive initiatives.
- Document details of engagement with each PDP for data analysis and identification of best practices.
- Respond to communication initiated by PDPs and follow-up on their questions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with two to three years of client- and service-oriented work experience.
- Demonstrable interest in people matters, including wellbeing, professional development, training, and team-building.
- Strong problem resolution skills, strong client orientation, attentiveness to detail, accuracy, and record-keeping.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines, multitask, and organize workload for effective implementation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion, embedding thoughtful communication within every interaction and engagement.
Working Conditions:
This role requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. The position involves exposure to sensitive and confidential information, regular computer usage, occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, operating office equipment, and frequent sitting in a remote work environment.
