Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective curricula to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Mentor teachers to improve their instructional practices and provide coaching on classroom management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish productive partnerships and achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure seamless communication among stakeholders, including parents, students, and support staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving academic excellence while maintaining a culture of inclusivity and respect within the faculty. You must have excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with colleagues and students alike.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior educator with a strong track record of leadership and team collaboration.
  • Advanced qualifications in educational leadership or a related field (desirable).
  • Relevant teaching certifications and current registration with the relevant state body (VIT).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to drive shared objectives.
  • Strong understanding of adolescent boys' needs, including how choices in curricular design affect motivation and performance.
