We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Personal Banking Trainee Consultant.
This 12-month traineeship offers hands-on experience, skill development and professional support in a dynamic work environment.
You will be based in Aitkenvale or Willows Branch, working closely with our experienced team across the Townsville region.
About the RoleKey responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with people and working collaboratively as a supportive team member.
A proven track record of adapting positively to change and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
In return, you can expect a fulfilling career path, complete an appropriate Certificate as part of the traineeship and any additional training relevant to the position and future promotion within our organisation.
Your Skills and Qualifications- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt positively to change
- Quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Higher School Certificate or similar qualification
- FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (within 5 years) (or willingness to undertake)
