Overview

Join to apply for the Personal Banking Consultant - Aitkenvale role at Queensland Country Bank.

We are a bank with a purpose of helping Queenslanders live better lives through better finances. This is a full-time role based on a 38 hour work week, with the ability to work at any branch within the Townsville region as required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional level of personalised service to customers by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
  • Showcase exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers in a team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities and apply learned skills to support customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
  • A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
  • FSRA Tier 2 qualification (desired)
  • Lending and/or previous banking experience (desired)
