Occupational Therapy Role

The role of an Occupational Therapist is to provide high-quality, student-focused therapy in a dynamic and person-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored assessments and interventions to meet individual student needs.
  • Support learners with physical, sensory, and learning disabilities to engage in education and daily living activities.
  • Develop and review individualised therapy programmes and contribute to Education, Health and Care Plans.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate therapy into the curriculum.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members and contribute to service development.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and holds a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
  • Experienced in working with young people with disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.
  • A strong communicator and team player.
  • Creative and student-led in their therapeutic approach.
  • Passionate about empowering young adults to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
