We are seeking a professional to join our team as an Injury Management Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injury management and be able to provide expert advice on case management and risk reduction strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate an in-house injury management service that supports employees with medical conditions affecting their ability to work.
  • Provide operational and strategic advice to ensure effective case management and assist worksites in developing risk management strategies.
  • Formulate and implement proactive policies, guidelines, and projects aimed at minimising costs associated with workers' compensation and employee health-related absences.
  • Provide return-to-work case management for employees with lost-time workers' compensation claims and those experiencing non-compensable injury or illness.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided by external rehabilitation providers and contractors.
Requirements
  • A recognised tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to metropolitan and regional schools.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with work rights.
  • The ability to demonstrate eligibility to work with us and meet travel requirements during the recruitment process.
