Injury Management Specialist

This opportunity involves coordinating medical treatment, rehabilitation and return to work programs for work-related and non-work-related illnesses and injuries. You will be part of a professional Health & Wellbeing team working between offices.
Your key accountabilities will include acting as a specialist advisor/internal consultant to deliver effective injury and workers compensation claims management, supporting operations teams in implementing the business Injury Management System, coordinating workplace injury rehabilitation and managing workers compensation claims.
Key skills and qualifications required for this role include an allied health qualification, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, high level integrity and discretion, demonstrated experience in injury management processes, and understanding of Workers Compensation Claims Management.
