Job Opportunity: Injury Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with strategic customers and complete critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims.
  • Conduct assessments of worksites, functional areas, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) options, with a strong focus on psychosocial barriers.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Design, implement, and monitor programs that facilitate the return of injured employees to the workforce.
Requirements:
  • Hold qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Nursing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in occupational rehab/RTW is preferred.
  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel are required.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and punctuality.
  • Exhibit a passion for equality, accessibility, and inclusion.
