About the Role
Do you have a passion for strategic leadership and reform in healthcare?
The Principal Policy Adviser will lead the identification, development and implementation of initiatives to drive change in planned care systems.
Key priorities include implementing the Planned Surgery Reform Blueprint and leading the State-wide Customer Relationship Management Project implementation.
This role requires expertise in health systems, government processes, stakeholder consultation, policy design, and program implementation. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders and impart enduring reform in the healthcare sector.

- Problem Solving: Analyzes issues from different perspectives, identifies and proposes workable solutions, and implements solutions
- Systems Thinking: Diagnoses trends, obstacles, and opportunities in the internal and external environment, understands linkages between natural systems and communities, and conceptualises systems working within the organisation
