Project Leadership Role

A collaborative and forward-thinking team seeks an experienced leader to drive major reform initiatives across a shared pathology service network.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a strategic plan, overseeing the establishment of governance structures, stakeholder engagement plans, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the shared pathology service network.
  • Establish effective governance structures and stakeholder engagement plans to support the delivery of reform objectives.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure the successful implementation of reform activities.
  • Liaise with government agencies and contractors to promote the shared pathology service network.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, risk, and financial management standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health service delivery and project management, with excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business or health discipline.
  • Proven experience in leading complex reform projects within healthcare.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and performance management capabilities.
