Job Title: Allied Health Lead

This role plays a pivotal part in connecting Allied Health Services with the Surgical and Perioperative Services clinical stream.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership across Allied Health staff working in clinical streams, effectively engaging with stream and organisational leaders to support an interdisciplinary approach to care.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in an acute, community or rehabilitation hospital setting and drive innovation and improvement across Allied Health and the clinical stream.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relevant clinical services and contemporary models of Allied Health in tertiary hospital settings
  • Extensive clinical practice expertise in an acute, community or rehabilitation hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
