Job Role:

A seasoned customer service expert is needed to ensure the smooth operation of our high-volume repair facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Timely customer engagement and effective follow-up communication
  • Scheduling repairs and assisting with calendar management
  • Participating in production meetings and contributing to team efforts
  • Liaising with key functions, suppliers, and assessors
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks
  • General reception and administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Prior experience in the insurance or automotive industry is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to provide professional and efficient service to customers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, software applications, and cloud-based databases
  • Experience with claims management systems, particularly I-Body, is advantageous
