Field Marketing Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our field marketing initiatives and develop high-impact experiences for our customers and prospects.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth through strategic marketing initiatives, building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating across teams to optimize marketing programs.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing to optimize ABM programs
- Plan, launch, and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs (1:1 and 1:few) for priority accounts and segments
- Extend the reach of field programs through digital channels (email, paid media, social campaigns)
- Coordinate in-person and virtual experiences — including trade shows, executive roundtables, customer roadshows, and webinars
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing
- Proven success running integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and impact revenue
- Strong knowledge of the B2B buying cycle and ability to tailor programs by funnel stage
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
