Indoor Football Coordinator

Are you passionate about football and seeking a leadership role that fits your lifestyle? This casual position is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to a fun and dynamic team environment.

  • Deliver high-quality indoor football programs across various groups and divisions.
  • Coordinate logistics, oversee game nights, mentor umpires, and ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage indoor football competitions on Monday and Wednesday nights.
  • Supervise games and evaluate umpire performance.
  • Set up and pack down equipment after sports nights.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and spectators.
  • Handle participant conflicts professionally.
  • Implement and update rules as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for football and experience in coaching or umpiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability on Monday and Wednesday nights from 7 pm onwards.
