About the Role

Tassal Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Sales team as a State Account Manager - Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, unlocking new customers, and delivering first-class product execution and channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of annual channel and account plans, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement promotional programs, recommend pricing strategies, and manage claims and trade spend to drive business results.
  • Proactively identify product innovation, market gaps, and marketing opportunities to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
About You
  • You have exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in the FMCG, Foodservice, or Wholesale sector.
  • You have a strong understanding of the Australian market and a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • You have excellent analytical skills, with a strong focus on financial acumen and business results.
  • You are a team player with a collaborative approach, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
