Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled project director to lead complex projects.
The ideal candidate will oversee the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of medium-sized construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of comprehensive project safety plans with corporate safety.
- Develop and implement project controls and procedures to manage contract requirements.
- Establish and monitor change management processes and project financial forecasts to meet contractual obligations.
- Create and manage project-specific quality plans aligned with contract documents.
- Manage closeout plans in alignment with contract documents.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Train direct reports on processes, procedures, and task completion.
- Collaborate with business development to integrate sales strategies.
- Participate in opportunities to strengthen client, partner, and industry relationships.
- Manage workload and performance of direct reports.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5-10 years of project management experience on construction projects over $50 million.
