As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital part in managing contracts, administering project budgets, and ensuring compliance with accurate documentation and reporting.
The Key Responsibilities- Preparing and managing contracts, including negotiation and procurement of subcontractors
- Administering project budgets, progress claims, variations, and cost tracking
- Managing RFIs and communications between consultants, architects, and internal teams
- Supporting project compliance and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
- Collaborating with Project Managers and site teams to maintain timelines and project quality
The successful applicant is a detail-oriented and commercially savvy professional with over three years of experience in contract administration. They possess a solid understanding of construction financials, claims, and compliance, as well as strong communication skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A degree in Construction Management or a related field would be highly regarded, demonstrating a foundation in project management principles and practices.
