Project Manager - Contract Administration

You will be responsible for managing contracts throughout the project life cycle, ensuring high quality and profitability of projects while minimising financial and contractual risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking project financial forecasts and profit/loss
  • Regularly reviewing materials and labour expenses
  • Preparing monthly financial reports for funding purposes
  • Ensuring compliance with WH&S obligations, policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management for direct reports and self

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3-5 years contract administration experience working with a contractor or builder on construction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
