We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team at KPMG as Senior Consultant, Manager, Associate Director, and Director levels in Melbourne.

As part of our Infrastructure, Assets & Places group, you will play a key role working as part of a team in providing financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure and real estate projects across every stage of the asset lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases and options for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on transaction strategy or delivery model analysis.
  • Provide transaction management services.
  • Develop tender documentation and lead and manage tender processes.
  • Develop commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation, and contracts.
  • Resolve complex commercial issues, including through negotiations.
  • Build financial models and conduct financial analysis.
  • Leverage specialist knowledge and subject matter expertise in relevant infrastructure sectors.
About You

We are looking for individuals with relevant experience in the private sector or government, preferably in professional services firms, management consultancy, corporate advisory, government infrastructure delivery teams, government treasury departments, investment banking, or infrastructure funds.

Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, economics, law, engineering, or a similar discipline are essential.

Highly developed written and oral communication skills are required.

A passion for doing work that matters and thriving on the challenge of solving complex problems, juggling competing demands, and working as part of a team in delivering solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential.
