About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Advisory Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Projects and Commercial Advisory capability, you will be responsible for delivering strategic projects and commercial advice to enable planning, delivery, and operation of major infrastructure projects and programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on the design, development, and implementation of contracts for major infrastructure projects, Defence projects, and long-term services-based contracts for utilities and transport operators.
  • Working closely with our adjacent legal services teams and broader risk advisory and Ashurst Advance practices to deliver high-quality, value-adding services to clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects.

About You:

  • You have 2-5 years of specialized contracts management and/or audit experience, ideally within an infrastructure environment.
  • Experience in the infrastructure, projects, or property industry is essential.
  • You're a self-starter who is keen to work in a fast-paced environment that is always evolving and requires you to be proactive, adaptable, and humble.
  • You have proven experience delivering high-quality work for clients and stakeholders in line with expectations and deadlines.
  • You're confident in autonomously finding solutions to a range of problems, especially those related to risk management, in a commercial and client-focused way.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • You have experience providing the highest quality service to clients and fostering professional and commercial relationships with a range of stakeholders.
