About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Advisory Expert to join our team in Victoria, supporting clients on major public and private sector infrastructure projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic advice and support to clients delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
  • SUPPORTING clients with cost estimation and associated advice for infrastructure project works and services
  • Assessing project risk and cost reporting for financial institutions
  • Lifecycle costing and replacement reporting

You will interact directly with clients to deliver high-quality services and demonstrate the RPS behaviours. Additionally, you will provide analytical and practical project delivery support on delegated elements of client engagements.

About You

We are looking for a highly conscientious and collaborative individual with:

  • A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Law, Engineering, or other relevant field
  • 1+ years of proven experience delivering cost advisory services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Critical thinking, logic, and reasoning as it relates to cost advisory work
  • Good interpersonal skills, confidence, and professionalism
  • Financial and commercial aptitude, and the ability to prepare accurate cost plans
