Role Description

We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major construction project, worth almost a billion dollars.

This is a complex, sophisticated project that will be truly career-defining, requiring the ability to bring together a range of different stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience managing construction contracts and overseeing the delivery of highly technical building projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with contractors and consultants.
  • Manage the technical construction/delivery phase of the project, including contract management, variations, and claims.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required.
Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Client-Side Project Manager or have building consultancy experience.

You'll also need:

  • The ability to understand the big picture of what the client is trying to achieve with their project.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with design and construction phases of building projects.
  • A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
