Job Title: Student Enquiry Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in this exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to students and the wider community.

The Role:

- Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders by responding to student enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.

- Utilize multiple systems for accurate data entry and call logging, ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.

- Complete a range of administration tasks to support the delivery of student services, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

About You:

- Previous experience in a call centre environment or similar role is beneficial; sales, student services, reception, or administration in a corporate environment is also advantageous.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
