About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Residential Project Sales team at Colliers International. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of sales initiatives for our clients' developments and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute residential marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Service leads and enquirers to ensure business sales objectives are exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential project sales and marketing, ideally with off-the-plan apartments and land/home packages.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential market, including market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
