Technical Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our customer success unit, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise and supporting customers throughout their journey with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted advisor: Provide consultative guidance to customers on how to achieve their business targets using our technology.
  • Deliver technical expertise before, during, and after onboarding: Ensure customers have a seamless experience with our platform.
  • Own technical conversations: Effectively communicate the value of our technology to customers through demos, deep-dives, webinars, and whiteboards.
  • Spot and solve problems: Act as the first line of technical support for customers in the Australian region, helping shape how batteries are understood and managed.
  • Influence product evolution: Gather feedback, identify recurring needs, and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to improve our platform.
  • Tell our story: Present at meetups, talk tech with prospects, and brainstorm creative ways to showcase how we are changing the battery game.

Requirements:

  • You're a tech translator: Explain complex concepts clearly to engineers and executives alike.
  • You're an engineer at heart: Bring a solid understanding of battery systems, BMS basics, and data analytics.
  • You love customers and batteries: Have worked with real customers and real data.
  • You're not afraid of debugging logs or rolling up your sleeves to find the root of a problem.
  • You're a natural communicator: Confident in English (written and spoken), and ideally bring another language to the table—bonus points for German.
  • You thrive in ambiguity: Be comfortable working independently, adapting quickly, and finding creative solutions even when the path isn't perfectly mapped out.
