The Associate Program Coordinator position is a dynamic opportunity that supports quality improvement initiatives in value-based care programs.
">Key Responsibilities">- Medical record reviews with focus on HEDIS and risk adjustment coding gaps information for value-based payers in the ambulatory environment.
- Project management support to ensure timely and accurate data collection and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a health or social services related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Two (2) years of experience in medical or health services field, including medical record review for HEDIS and experience with electronic medical records.
