At the heart of our organization, we have a pivotal role that demands exceptional leadership and strategic vision. As a Director of Quality, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality management systems that seamlessly align with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual program and department work plans that drive growth and improvement
  • Provide expert guidance on designing, implementing, analyzing, and reporting on data-driven insights
  • Craft effective communication strategies to ensure policies are clearly conveyed to staff members
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by facilitating review, analysis, and discussion
  • Analyze and report on quality metrics, compliance status, and improvement initiatives

Maintain accurate records of audits, assessments, and corrective actions taken. Present reports to key stakeholders. Lead planning and execution of internal audits. Oversee preparation and coordination of accreditation activities.

Identify potential compliance risks and develop targeted strategies to mitigate them. Produce regular compliance reports for executive leaders, board committees, and external partners.

Promote a culture of ethics, continuous improvement, and accountability throughout the organization.
