Training Facilitator and Learning Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Facilitator and Learning Strategist to play a key role in delivering training programs that support student attendance and engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-quality training sessions, engaging students through effective learning techniques, and utilizing their experience to make a positive impact on the community.

Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive training sessions, identifying barriers to learning, and developing strategies to support student attendance and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the VET sector and National Standards for RTOs, as well as excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within the vocational area.

Required qualifications include a current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education plus Bachelor with TESOL, or an undergraduate degree with postgraduate qualification in TESOL or equivalent qualifications.
