About the Position

We are seeking a Casual Educator who will contribute to the education program in the room and work collaboratively with the centre team.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with families.


Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
  • Engage and supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families through regular communication and collaboration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA approved early childhood qualification (or equivalent).
  • A current Queensland Working with Children Check.
  • Flexible availability Monday–Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm.
