About the role:

In this customer-centric position, you are the primary point of contact when a new business partner joins our platform, Quantaco. Leveraging project management expertise, you will drive the completion of all onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and a smooth experience for our clients. Developing a deep understanding of how businesses operate, you will enable our technology solutions to integrate with our clients' systems, driving efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project manage the onboarding of new clients, collaborating closely with the Onboarding Manager.
  2. Drive business adoption of our technology and support change management processes required.
  3. Collaborate directly with our clients by providing on-site and remote training, ensuring they have the necessary skills to maximize the value of our solutions.
  4. Work closely with all service lines, technology, and fellow operational colleagues to ensure onboarding completion within required timelines.
  5. Engage with our clients, build rapport, and provide creative solutions to their problems, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  6. Assist with the setup, configuration, and implementation of a range of technology solutions across multiple clients, ensuring a high level of technical expertise.
  7. Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, ensuring a smooth handover to the Business As Usual (BAU) team.

About you:

You are a customer-obsessed professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results. You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and curious enough to ask questions and provide creative solutions to complex problems.

You have 2+ years' experience in a client-facing account management, customer success, or technical support role, ideally supporting businesses in the hospitality industry.

You possess high-level interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively.

You are an expert in technology, with the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously and think on your feet to drive projects forward.

You have experience using business-related software applications, including hospitality-specific solutions, and possess a working knowledge of Deputy/Tanda/Keypay, Lightyear, digital incident registers, cash reconciliation software, or similar.

You possess superior stakeholder and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Project management experience with Workday, HubSpot, or similar is an advantage.

Experience of operational activities in hospitality, ideally in operations or venue management, is highly desirable.
