Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Know Your Client (KYC) account opening documentation complies with our global standards and any additional local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and validate client documentation, including identification and account opening documents, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in client documentation.
- Escalate regulatory concerns or exceptions to the manager for further review and discussion.
- Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence where necessary and submit accounts with high-risk triggers or high-risk accounts for Global Financial Crimes (GFC) signoff.
- Ensure account opening documentation and relevant approval records are retained properly in internal databases and monitor the receipt of any outstanding documentation within required timeframes.
- Knowledge of account structures and CIP requirements for onboarding high-risk clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to problem-solve.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience.
- 3-6 years plus relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
