Job Overview

Senior Event Producer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of large-scale public events that showcase our city's vibrant culture.

This role requires a high degree of project management, stakeholder coordination, and event production expertise to deliver seamless experiences for our community.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field combined with significant experience in event production/programming.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and delivering successful large public or private events.
  • A strong understanding of production aspects, including sound, lighting, staging, site management, risk management, public safety, traffic, security, and crowd management.
  • Strong time and project management abilities to oversee multiple projects while balancing priorities and deadlines.
