Key HR Role: Generalist Position

The selected candidate will be a key member of our business team, working closely with senior executives to drive quality across all areas.

Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an individual to interpret and review company policies, procedures, and employee agreements.
  • This includes maintaining compliance with industrial relations issues and legislation changes.
  • The successful candidate will also develop written communications, including letters, newsletters, and position descriptions.
  • A strong relationship builder is required to communicate effectively with Location Managers, Executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Designing and managing reports for internal and external purposes will also be a critical component of the role.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in HR or a comparable field, with exposure to HR and payroll systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have intermediate MS Excel skills (V-lookups and/or Pivot tables) and proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
  • Ability to travel at short notice may be required.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check is necessary.
