We are seeking an exceptional Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage technical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality work.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to deliver complex projects, developing and implementing engineering standards and best practices, and fostering staff growth through technical leadership and mentoring.\

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Manage technical projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality work, including 22kV electrical design.\
  • Serve as a technical authority, providing expertise in low voltage, control system design, earthing, and power systems design.\
  • Foster staff growth through technical leadership and mentoring, including facilitating access to job opportunities and training programs.\
  • Collaborate with the team to create winning strategies for business growth and client engagement, including taking a lead role in crafting proposals and engaging with networks to secure new opportunities.\

  • Distinguished record of creativity and innovation in project design and project management principles.\
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team to deliver complex projects, develop and implement engineering standards and best practices, and foster staff growth through technical leadership and mentoring.\
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical design, project management principles, and collaboration skills, including the ability to effectively train people outside the work group.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and understand, communicate, and manage complex engineering programs.\
  • Able to exercise comprehensive discretion in judgment and initiative, setting and implementing goals, and managing conflicting commercial agendas and requiring technical levels to be met.\
