Ambitious Payroll Project Specialist

 

The ideal candidate will be working on a long-term implementation project, delivering payroll services to a large retail group. The role is 100% remote within Australia and will involve collaborating closely with the business analytics unit team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in interpreting awards and system implementations/migrations.
  • Develop strong process and documentation experience in large enterprise-wide projects.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver timely results, requiring excellent communication skills.
  • Utilize SAP SuccessFactors or Kronos experience, as well as strong Excel skills, to drive project success.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confident payroll professional with project experience.
  • Experienced in interpreting awards.
  • Skilled in system implementations/migrations.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Kronos.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
