Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting payroll correction activities, ensuring accuracy and process enhancements. The successful candidate will work on a high-impact project with a dedicated team.

  • Assist with the validation of long service leave entitlements and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Support activities aimed at correcting balances and processing back payments efficiently.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for payroll managers to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Contribute to initiatives promoting payroll compliance and support Fair Work requirements.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in payroll projects, preferably in correction or leave management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, entitlements and Australian legislation.
  • Experience working in project environments, including reporting and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders while maintaining remote flexibility.
