About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Studio Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people, solving problems, and making things happen.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, including student enrolments, teacher management, accounts, social media, and facility maintenance. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our teachers and students to provide exceptional service and support.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, creativity, and enthusiasm. If you are passionate about music education and have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student enrolments and maintain accurate records
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently
  • Assist with financial tasks, including accounts and budgeting
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio facilities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and equipment
