The Role

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to collaborate with various departments to provide legal support. You will ensure adherence to financial services licensing requirements, analyzing legal documents and supporting compliance initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Legal Support: Provide guidance on company operations, reviewing relevant documentation.
- Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with third parties; exchange information timely.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Back Office, Human Resources, and Marketing to gather necessary information and update operational procedures
- Marketing Compliance: Assist in developing marketing plans and review materials for compliance.
- Policy Development: Help develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Training Management: Maintain and organize compliance training programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Corporations Law and financial regulations.
- Exceptional drafting skills with proven ability to produce clear, precise, and effective legal documents.
- Minimum of two years of experience in compliance or legal roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual proficiency in English.
