Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer sales representative to join our team. As a customer sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive attitude, and exceeding sales targets.

About the Role

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • The capacity to handle cash and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
