">The Chief Maintenance Operations Director will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of maintenance, engineering, and facility management across multiple sites.

- Maintenance Oversight: Ensure optimal performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities, managing both reactive and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.">
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the maintenance team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.">
- Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring projects and activities are completed on time and within budget.">
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with WHS, OHS, and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for staff and contractors.">
- Project Management: Oversee capital works, new installations, equipment upgrades, and site expansions, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.">
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring service delivery meets operational requirements.">
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Production, QA) to ensure effective equipment operations and resolve issues impacting production.">
- Process & System Improvement: Develop and implement systems for efficient maintenance scheduling, reporting, and tracking, ensuring all tasks are completed according to best practices.">
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance facility performance across all sites.">
