Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in Brisbane.
">About the Role:
">This pivotal role within our Operations Team will involve embedding C4 product suite with the customer.
">You will be responsible for technical support, training, and providing advice on our C4 products.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Installing, configuring, and supporting SitaWare in customer environments for testing, training, exercise, and operations.">
- Setting up and testing integrations between SitaWare and coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.">
- Conducting technical training of administrators and end users in classroom and workshop environments.">
- Collecting feedback from customers and feeding the learning loop internally and externally.">
- Keeping up to date with Systematic products to ensure alignment of customer expectations and product roadmaps.">
- Participating in testing of beta releases and software improvement activities.">
- Ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on time.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- ">
- Certifications or training in IT, Electrical Engineering, or similar, or comparable military technical career.">
- Experience delivering presentations, training, and technical support.">
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and platforms (Windows, Linux, Android, Active Directory, databases, XMPP).">
- Knowledge of Australian Defence terminology, use cases, practices, and procedures.">
- Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder trust-building ability.">
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.">
- NV1 Security Clearance.">
