Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Payment Officer. You will have the chance to join a dynamic team and use your high attention to detail and strong organisational skills to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process backlog of vendor invoices
  • Handle and resolve supplier queries
  • Follow up on problem invoices and missing information
  • Assist with the management of vendor invoices
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required within the payment and finance teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Exposure to large ERP Systems, ideally Netsuite
  • Good communication skills
