Coal Quality Tester Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coal Quality Tester to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity at our mine site laboratory in the North Bowen Basin.

This is an ideal position for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and thrive in a team-focused environment. The successful candidate will have prior industry experience as an advantage but we encourage applicants with transferable skills to apply.

  • Collecting production and train samples
  • Performing preparation and analytical tests
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment
  • Optimising turnaround time for samples
Key Responsibilities:

The role involves collecting production and train samples, performing preparation and analytical tests, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently, and maintaining laboratory equipment. You'll also optimise turnaround time for samples while ensuring the highest quality of results is achieved and maintained.

Requirements:
