Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Change Delivery Specialist to collaborate with clients, drive lifecycle of change initiatives and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret client requirements and orchestrate solution design and delivery.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to evaluate effects of proposed changes on processes and technology.
  • Drive end-to-end lifecycle of operational change projects, including initial scoping, requirements elicitation, solution design, implementation, go-live and post-launch optimization.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to understand business goals, operational challenges and evolving priorities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to share innovative approaches, establish best practices and enhance team capabilities for client projects.
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines.
  • Organize and conduct project status meetings, including communicating status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Project/Change management skills.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering operational change projects.
  • Deep understanding of business processes, system and data flows.
  • Experience with front/middle office services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, globally structured team-based environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5+ years of financial industry experience across middle office systems, services and data domains.
  • Prior experience with client conversions or change management in the financial industry.
  • Experience of writing and reviewing business specifications.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
