Dance Program Manager

We are seeking a Dance Program Manager to oversee the delivery of our dance program, ensuring it aligns with the College's strategic intent. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Dance and Deputy Head of Dance to develop and implement a comprehensive dance program that supports the growth and development of students.
The Dance Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple streams of dance, including RAD Ballet, Onstage, SideStage, Eisteddfod, and VET in Dance. They will also oversee various projects within these streams, ensuring they meet the needs of students and the College.
This is a co-curricular role that requires flexibility in working hours, particularly evenings and weekends when performances and events take place. In return, we offer flexible start and finish times, as well as non-term time working arrangements. We also provide access to our Aquatic and Fitness Centre, free yoga and Pilates classes, daily morning tea, and discounted school fees (where applicable).

**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive dance program that supports the growth and development of students
