Overview of Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead projects in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, experience in civil and infrastructure construction, and the ability to work effectively with clients and site labour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer projects with complex engineering components
- Work closely with clients to achieve project goals
- Organise and direct site labour, manage delivery of construction materials and plant, and establish detailed programs for site activities
- Monitor changes to designs, assess effects on cost, and negotiate variations in consultation with the Commercial Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a Project Manager in mining projects to tier 1 standards
- Previous experience working FIFO, preferably in civil or infrastructure construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage a direct workforce and subcontractors
- A comprehensive background in project management, project controls, or construction management
- Superior time and priority management skills
- Confidence in managing relationships throughout the business and on site
