Civil Construction Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our project delivery team with a proven track record of delivering structural concrete works within civil or mining infrastructure projects.

As a seasoned construction manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our site construction team and report to the construction divisional manager. Your responsibilities will include liaising with project engineers, obtaining technical advice, and sharing information to overcome challenges.

About this role:
  • Manage multiple work fronts and collaborate with EPCM representatives
  • Monitor progress and report to ensure schedules are met and work progresses continuously
  • Lead HR-related objectives, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee health & safety compliance, including regular safety meetings

We are seeking an experienced civil construction manager with a demonstrated leadership in delivering quality outcomes safely, on time, and on budget.

Your qualifications:
  • Trade qualification in construction/carpentry, diploma in project management, or relevant degree (advantage)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in building and civil construction on mine sites, with a solid understanding of earthworks and concrete construction
  • Statutory supervisor schedule 26 and white card
  • Strong communication, reporting, and Microsoft suite skills
  • RTIO inductions (advantage)
