Job Overview
A dynamic marketing leader is required to lead our multi-channel marketing campaigns in a not-for-profit environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with organisational objectives.
- Drive visibility and engagement through digital, advertising, eDMs, and social media channels.
- Manage social media presence by creating engaging content that supports organisational goals.
- Coordinate timely newsletters, updates, and announcements to stakeholders.
- Maintain the website's accuracy, relevance, and up-to-date content.
- Contribute to strategies that attract and retain members.
- Strengthen the brand by ensuring all activities build awareness and reputation.
- Deliver a positive member journey and maximise engagement.
- Collaborate with events and workforce teams to promote training and events.
- Identify opportunities and foster partnerships for business development.
- Oversee systems, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure seamless operations.
Role Requirements:
- Qualifications - A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Membership Organisation Experience - Desirable but not essential.
- Content Creation - Strong experience producing written and digital content across multiple formats.
- Writing & Editing - Excellent skills with a flair for clear, engaging, and professional communication.
- Project Management - Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- Technical Skills - Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email marketing, social media platforms, CMS, analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Member Service - Ability to deliver exceptional service and communicate value.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Strong relationship-building skills with members, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Flexibility & Adaptability - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, not-for-profit environment where priorities can shift.
- Proactivity - Self-starter with initiative, able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
