Senior Client Success Manager

This role involves managing client accounts, driving new business, and developing strategic content marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and collaborating effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Enter sales data into CRM (Hubspot)">
  • Conduct handover and kickoff meetings with clients and production teams">
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing)">
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis">
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms">
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization insights">
  • Understand client business goals and collaborate accordingly">
